Dolphins are wild animals, so sightings can never be guaranteed 100%. However, in more than five years of operating this tour, dolphins have been seen on every single excursion.

In the very unlikely event that dolphins are not spotted, you will receive a free ticket to repeat the dolphin-watching tour on another day or to join another boat or catamaran excursion operated by the same company. Refunds are not offered.

Departure point and transport options

The catamaran departs from Port de Pollensa. Optional transport is available from hotels between Port de Alcudia and Can Picafort for an additional 10€ per person.

Guests staying in Puerto Pollensa or outside the transfer area must make their own way to the port. After booking, you will receive two emails with full details of the departure point and meeting time.
