This was an amazing first horse riding experience! I booked this excursion as one of the activities during my holiday in Mallorca, and I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel and welcomed by the friendliest, most accommodating staff at the ranch. They explained everything clearly, made sure we were comfortable throughout the ride, and gave lots of helpful tips, which I really appreciated as a first-time rider. After the ride, they offered us ice-cold water, which was such a thoughtful touch on such a hot day. Everything was so well organised, and even before the excursion they contacted me to change the time slot to a cooler part of the day. It was clear that they genuinely care not only about their guests but also about the wellbeing of the horses. The horses were calm, well looked after, and clearly loved. The only thing that would have made the experience even better would have been having someone available to take photos or videos so we could have captured those special memories. Other than that, it was a 10/10 experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Mallorca!

The free hotel pick-up from Playa de Muro was right on time, which made things so easy for us since we didn't have a rental car. When we arrived, the instructor and the driver were both so incredibly friendly and majos with the kids, helping them feel completely confident from the start. Since my daughter is over 6, she was able to ride her own horse, and the staff made sure she had a very calm, gentle animal. The trail itself through the pine forest trails was gorgeous and provided a nice break from the hot sun. It’s a very relaxed route focused on enjoying nature, which was exactly what we were looking for.
