A: Everyone is guaranteed a seat on the train. On the tram there are some seats and some standing room. Seats on the tram are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Q: Is the tour wheelchair accesible?

A: If you have a foldable wheelchair and the traveller can walk small distances, then yes. You will need to walk to get on the boat (just a few meters) and to be able to get on the train and tram. Our staff will assist in any way possible.

Q: What happens if the boat is cancelled due to bad weather?

A: The boat trip is subject to weather and sea conditions. In the unlikely event that the boat trip is cancelled due to bad weather, an alternative route will be taken by coach, missing out Sa Calobra and (when possible) taking a shorter boat trip in the bay of Puerto Soller. This is beyond our control and no refunds or partial refunds will be given if this occurs.
