Full itinerary details
The Robinson Catamaran excursion in north Mallorca is a full-day sailing experience designed to combine relaxation, swimming, coastal scenery and great onboard atmosphere. The day begins with an optional coach transfer from Alcudia, Playa de Muro or Can Picafort to the harbour of Puerto Pollensa, where the catamaran awaits.
Once on board, you’ll quickly notice the spacious layout of the catamaran, with comfortable seating areas, shaded zones and large nets at the front where you can lie back and enjoy the sun and sea breeze. As the catamaran leaves the harbour, it sails smoothly across the Bay of Pollensa, offering panoramic views of the coastline, cliffs and mountains that make this area one of the most beautiful in Mallorca.
Throughout the journey, the captain anchors at several stunning coves and bays, many of which are difficult or impossible to reach by land. At each stop, you can jump straight into the crystal-clear water to swim, snorkel using the equipment provided, or simply stay on board and relax while enjoying the scenery. One of the highlights of the route is the anchoring near Formentor Beach, famous for its turquoise waters and dramatic natural surroundings.
Midway through the excursion, the crew prepares and serves lunch on board, accompanied by a drink. After lunch, there is more time to enjoy the sea, sunbathe on deck or take another refreshing swim before the catamaran slowly makes its way back across Pollensa Bay. The return journey is calm and scenic, allowing you to fully unwind before arriving back in the harbour, rounding off a well-balanced and relaxing catamaran day in Mallorca.

Robinson Catamaran Mallorca – Customer Reviews

We were really disappointed, the swimming was wonderful and the staff very nice, but it was sold as a spacious trip with lots of room for everyone. The reality is it was absolutely rammed. We couldn’t sit in our group as it was so full and ended up standing much of the day. Trying to eat with food on your lap with no space was uncomfortable too and just really awkward. Parents were struggling with buggies and there were just too many people. Really gutted as it was a birthday gift for my partner

Booked this for my birthday after being let down by another provider. A bit apprehensive that the boat would be too busy, but it wasn't overcrowded. Crew were friendly and served up a good lunch of chicken pasta, bread tuna cheese, and watermelon. We left half hour late as coach from alcudia was late. But crew served coffee whilst we waited and told us we would get back later. We got sangria with lunch or non alcoholic drink was available. We stopped off for a couple of swims via steps at back of catamaran and got off at Formentor beach for about an hour. You could get drinks/ice cream there , have a swim. You could buy alcoholic drinks on the boat, £9 euros for a large rum and coke. The crew bought round a chocolate cake for my birthday. We took our own snorkel and masks so dont know if you had to pay or quality of their equipment. We had a great day on the water. Would do trip again.

We decided to book this excursion based on the excellent reputation of NoFrills Excursions, and they certainly delivered a high-quality experience for our family. Once on board the Robinson Catamaran, the professional crew made sure everyone was comfortable. The kids absolutely loved jumping into the turquoise waters near Formentor Beach, and the fact that they provided proper snorkeling gear was a huge plus. They also accommodated special dietary requirements as they offer vegetarian and gluten-free options for the onboard lunch, which we highly appreciated. It is a fantastic, well-balanced day at sea that offers great value for money for families visiting the north of Mallorca. Everything from the travel insurance to the smooth logistics was handled perfectly.

Such a relaxing 5-hour experience on the water. I received two confirmation emails right after booking, so I knew exactly where to go in the harbour of Puerto Pollensa, which made the start of the day very smooth. The catamaran itself has a lovely wooden-style design and it never felt overcrowded. We stopped at several stunning spots with crystal-clear water where we could use the snorkel equipment provided on board. Having one drink and lunch included in the price represents really good value for money compared to other tours. It was a scenic and peaceful return journey.

We wanted a calm boat trip without a party atmosphere, and this was exactly what we got. The catamaran is very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and shaded areas for those who need them. The captain anchored at beautiful coves that are impossible to reach by land, and the lunch served by the crew on board was very good. A highly commendable local company for excursions in Mallorca.

My partner and I had a wonderful day sailing across the Bay of Pollensa on the Robinson Catamaran. The whole trip was incredibly well-organised, and paying the extra €10 for the bus transfer from Port Alcudia made it so easy. Great value for money with lunch and snorkeling gear included!

The lunch provided was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to enjoy while taking in the beautiful scenery.
