Is there a pick-up service from my hotel?
Hotel pick-up is available from Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto Alcudia ( except Sundays) making it easy and convenient to reach the ranch without worrying about transport. Guests staying in Can Picafort can also choose to walk directly to the ranch, as many hotels are located just a short distance away.
Please note that there is no pick-up service from Puerto Pollensa. Guests staying in this area will need to make their own way either directly to the ranch in Can Picafort or to Puerto Alcudia, where pick-up can be arranged. All pick-up details and exact times will be confirmed by email after booking.

We had a fantastic 1-hour woodland sunset ride, exploring a beautiful area we would never have known existed. It was my first time on a horse in about 10 years, and my horse was much bigger than I was used to, so it took me a little while to get used to the gait, but I soon settled in. All the horses were lovely and calm, and those who wanted to gallop could while others went at a comfortable pace. A brilliant experience and I would definitely come back for another ride on a future visit to Mallorca!

La ballade était vraiment belle, la durée respectée, le transport inclu bien pratique et arrangeant (juste devant le logement), les chevaux calmes et dociles, le prix abordable. La seule déception pour ma fille de 12 ans et moi, c'est un encadrant de groupe qui ne parlait pas mais criait. Pas en colère ni méchant, mais il communique en criant. Brusque, pas doux, pas patient (nous crie tout au long de la balade d'avancer, en sachant que pour plusieurs personnes c'est la première fois qu'elles montent à cheval). On se sent un peu traité comme du bétail touristique. Du coup on se met la pression plutôt que de se détendre et profiter. Ma fille n'a ni compris ni apprécié. Ce moment était un cadeau qu'elle attendait depuis le début des vacances. Vraiment dommage quand on se dit qu'un petit peu de tact et de pédagogie ne coûte rien et rendrait l'expérience presque parfaite. Pourquoi à la rigueur ne pas mettre quelqu'un d'autre en tant qu'encadrant ? Par déception, je n'y reviendrai pas, encore moins avec des enfants.

We where two inexperienced adults and one experienced thirteen year old, and we all had a great time. At the end of the trail they let experienced people gallop a little bit (the teenager did). After the ride they treat you with ice cold water, really nice since it was very hot. The time stated on the web page was not correct (19.00 in July). Pic up was 17.30 and start time was around 18.00 (approx 10-15 min car drive from alcudia and then a quick walk through how to ride the horse). The name ”sun set horse riding” can give the impression of some kind of sunset vibe, it’s not. Afternoon horse rinding would be a better name. They will take one photo of you while riding, you will se the pic at the end, it cost 10 Eur/pic if you want it. Over all, nice trip an good value for the money, the teenager was very happy,

We did enjoy the experience as 3 beginner riders, the trek was very scenic and enjoyable. You go through the pine forests which was nice and due to the time of day and the horses seemed to carefully guide you over some rough terrain. the horses were calm and easy to handle. However, there is no safety instructions if you are an inexperienced rider and the man leading the trek is quite pushy to go faster which is a bit daunting to an 11 year old who hasn’t been on a horse before and was a little nervous. If you are a little apprehensive maybe this isn’t for you as you do go faster than walking pace. Saying that once our 11 yr old got over his initial nerves by the end he loved the experience. I’d like to have been told my horses name and had little time with it before being put on it. You do get more than an hour and is value for money. After the trek there are photos for 10 euros as a keep sake. Overall it was enjoyable, fun and we would go again.

Die Pferde sind gut gepflegt und absolut nicht abgestumpft. Hatten viel Spaß zu laufen und wir durften einen rasanten Galopp erleben. Equipment ist leider etwas abgenutzt, aber auf die Pferde angepasst. Gut genährt und sehr gute Hufe. Habe selbst ein Pferd und kein schlechtes Gewissen, hier zu reiten. Würde es jederzeit wieder tun 🙂

Loved this ride with my family. Beautiful sunset trek through the forest and by the beach and a canter or gallop for those who wanted. The horses are well trained and looked after. They were happy and had a bath at the end of the day to cool off. Loved the staff - especially the guide. Great sense of humour! Would recommend in a heartbeat 28/07/2024
